My role on the App team covered a broad spectrum of activities, including enhancing our existing design system, revamping current features and pages, executing design sprints, drafting sketches, carrying out usability tests, and developing prototypes ranging from low to high fidelity. I also took charge of App Store Optimization (ASO), designed user flows, undertook research and analysis, created user personas, tailored designs for web applications, and worked closely with the Product team to ensure seamless integration with electronic components. My collaboration extended to the packaging and R&D teams to enhance the overall user experience.
My duty was to guide the direction of each branded app, aiming to provide our users with an experience that was not only meaningful and useful but also refined. Achieving this goal was made possible by drawing on insights and data collected from real users.

The objective is to eliminate all printed manuals from product packaging, achieving a fully sustainable solution while simultaneously enhancing the user experience.
The focus is on designing user flows for all user cases, including new users and their entry points. The goal is to find optimal solutions that cater to all types of boaters, considering offline capabilities as well.

The first iteration of Digitalised manuals via the branded app has been implemented - the template is the same across all apps using the material design kit.
