The task at hand involved making our newly revamped application management portal accessible on smartphone devices, a decision driven by feedback from clients and the Geeks team. They indicated that communication would be significantly enhanced if responses could be immediate, regardless of location.
A key hurdle was optimizing the use of limited space for crucial information while ensuring seamless integration between mobile and desktop interfaces.
The paramount feature of the application was to facilitate instant communication among Project Managers, Clients, and the Team.

I created high fidelity and functional designs using XD in order to test the user journey, XD enables me to live preview on my phone whilst designing which guarantees precision on a number of visual design elements such as proximity, balance and alignment but most importantly sizes of primary action buttons, text and components.
Below displays the selected amp item from the 'updates' page using a carousel for the user to swipe through the three optional communication options which are Project Manager, Client and Team.
Below displays the splash screen, login and the updates page with list of amp items, the floating '+' button gives the user the ability to add a new amp item.
Below is the selected AMP item from the 'Updates' page along with the team's communication. The process of how a message works is illustrated. The floating '+' button allows the user to add a message, which, in this context, would be sent to the client.
Adding a work item with the option to add keywords, subject and option to select its type and severity.
